If you do not already have a schedule in PowerSchool, you will be contacted in August 2025 to schedule an appointment with your counselor.

Returning Students: Please log in to your PowerSchool account to view your proposed class schedule for the 2025–26 school year. Note: Your schedule is subject to change.

You will have the opportunity to make changes to your schedule during the first ten days of school, if needed.

The LHS Counseling and Guidance program is available to all students. 

Counselors encourage and support students by helping them understand their abilities, identify their interests, and set goals. Counselors help students develop the skills, behaviors and knowledge necessary to be successful in school, work and life. School counseling is an integral part of the total educational program. The goal is to promote student success through a variety of activities and support services. We provide a developmental program in the areas of education, career and personal/social development. 

The Counseling Department hosts events to present information to students and their parents throughout the school year. The Lathrop Counseling staff hopes that  parents, students, faculty, and community members will seek to find information and resources useful to them when dealing with issues related to high school students, their education and their careers.
